2025 CACTE SUMMIT FAQs

Mark your calendars for the 2025 CACTE CareerTech Summit at the Embassy Suites Loveland, to be held July 20-24.  Not everyone needs to be there all 5 days.  Please read the Tentative Schedule below.  Most people will attend T 7/22 - R 7/24.

  • Attendee Registration is open! 

  • The face-to-face version of the "CTE in Colorado" Secondary Credentialing coursework will be offered as part of the 2025 Summit. Folks need to attend the all-day session on Monday 7/21 as well as the FULL Summit.  Be sure to register for BOTH the full Summit AND the Monday 7/21 full day Credentialing Session, which INCLUDES lunch!  This session fills up fast!

  • Good news, CTE Administrators!  If you complete the online Part 1 portion of the CDE required E-Training BEFORE the CACTE Summit, you can accomplish the in-person Part 2 in conjunction with the CACTE Summit.  Monday, July 21, CDE will conduct the training from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm at the Embassy Suites Loveland.  There is no charge for the training and lunch is on your own. Registration for the E-Training Part 2 is through CDE, separate from CACTE Summit registration.  We are happy to provide this opportunity as a service to CACTE members!

  • Registration rates include morning beverage breaks, lunches on Tues/Wed and afternoon snacks

  • If you are paying from 24/25 Perkins funds for registration only, the credit card payment or check issue date must be on or before 6/30/25.  

  • Breakfast is included with your Embassy Suites hotel room

  • Be sure to ask your CTE Director/Principal/others for financial help to attend the Summit.

  • Need a Colorado ACTE W9 for your financial office? 

  • It's a BYOBB Summit - that's Bring Your Own Bag & Water Bottle!

  • Graduate credit from CSU is available for the Summit (at additional cost) IN ARREARS through the CO CTE Professional Development CTE Common Checklist.  Grad credit will be available for the 2024 Summit on the 24-25 checklist, which should be posted by late March. Credit for the 2025 Summit will be available on the spring 2026 checklist.

  • MEMBER Early Bird - ends May 15 - $485

  • MEMBER Early Bird + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - $635

  • MEMBER Early Bird + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $660

  • MEMBER - after May 15 - $535

  • MEMBER + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - after May 15 - $685

  • MEMBER + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $710

  • Nonmember - $655

  • Non-member + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE dues - $805

  • Non-member + 1 yr ACTE/CACTE/CBAM dues - $830

  • Daily Rate - $285

  • Credentialing Session - $60, which INCLUDES LUNCH

Remember, there are no refunds, only substitutions, which must be made by July 8.

2025 CACTE Summit registration closes on July 8.  There is NO onsite registration for the 2025 Summit.  Payment MUST be received by July 15 to avoid the $100 late fee.

2025 CALL FOR PROPOSALS closes April 15, 2025

The Call for Proposals is now open.  Please submit your idea(s) for a 50 minute Breakout session for the 2025 Summit.  Breakout sessions will be scheduled on Tuesday, July 22.  Don't be shy - all of you have ideas/projects/lesson plans to share with your colleagues.  We need YOU to help make the 2025 CACTE CareerTech Summit in Loveland a worthwhile experience!  You will be notified of the Conference Planning Committee's decisions by May 10.  

HOT TIP:  Submitting a proposal for the 2025 ACTE VISION conference in Nashville?  Submit the same proposal for the CACTE Summit!
